This greenhouse was a kit purchased by our client. We laid the foundation and assembled the kit.
Updating an older house. The foundation of the addition had exposed insulation board. We went over that with stone coated styrofoam, and flashed it where needed.

The windows were in excellent shape but the wood was deteriorating. We went over with aluminum and resealed everything. The challenge was the arch, but it looks good, and is maintenance free for many years.

The challenge here was the entry porch that we removed was over a poured concrete steps. Which made the surface too high and interfered with the door, in particular the storm door. So before we could rebuild we had to take out 12″ of the concrete steps. Which when we removed the concrete we found the rim board behind the concrete badly deteriorated. So we cut out and replaced a section of rim board before flashing and attaching the deck. All good for many years.

This was a small footprint retirement home. All the features of a small cabin right in town.

Nice vacation home. Steel roof, pine board siding stained black. The customer finished the interior.
